Our firm is always seeking new talent to incorporate in its ranks. Our team of certified security personnel has seen a substantial growth in its personnel capacity. Our company has a recruiter whose main purpose is to look out for and hire based on merit. Like many other firms we greatly rely on the internet social media platform as a tool for connecting with applicants. One of the crucial prerequisites that we look into for any applicant is the certification of completion of a qualifying course of study from any approved security training school. However, if a potential candidate does not have the proper certification to be a security guard, the firm will provide the necessary training to obtain a security guard card in the state of Colorado. The approved schools are usually pre-screened by our recruitment section for their training curriculum in terms of their contents in crisis response, counter threat mechanisms, technology/information security, and disaster response mechanisms among many others.
